Overview

The RMS deliverables over the years have included the full array of remuneration services including strategic remuneration positioning, executive compensation, benchmarking, pay structuring, job evaluation, job pricing, salary positioning reports, incentive schemes, commission schemes, salary surveys, economic reports and now include training for remuneration committees.

John recently designed and developed a software program for reviewing the effectiveness of remuneration committees. The program registered as the Remuneration Committee Assessment Program has been endorsed by The Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa and is being distributed locally and internationally through the IIASA website.

RMS was founded in 1993 and is managed by John Mansfield.
